Daux - Apartment 2
Forming part of a beautiful Toulousain property, this 2-bedroom apartment is full of charm. At over 80m2, it is spacious and comfortable enough for a family or up to 4 adults.
Converted in April 2020, this first floor apartment retains the original beams and apex ceiling whilst being light, bright and modern. All of the fixtures and fittings are new and it is furnished to a high standard. It's perfect for a short break or a business trip to Airbus or the Parc d'Expositions.
With an openplan lounge-diner, breakfast bar and fully-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer, the apartment has everything that you need to comfortably self cater. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower and there is a separate toilet with hand basin.
There are two double bedrooms (which can be configured as either kingsize or twin beds) with plenty of storage and wardrobe space.
There is reversible air-conditioning throughout the apartment to cope with the hot summers and to keep the apartment cosy in the winter.

The Village
Daux is a beautiful village in the Haute-Garonne department, 20 minutes from the centre of Toulouse.
The centre of the village is dominated by the impressive 16th century Église de Daux . Residents are often found playing pétanque in the sunshine in the village square. The village is calm and tranquille with beautiful Toulousain achitecture - a real French gem! Take a stroll around the village and enjoy!
There are a couple of restaurants in the village: a bar/bistro in the centre by the church and a restaurant in the chateau. Supermarkets and other amenities are very close by in the surrounding villages.
The village is 10 minutes from Toulouse Blagnac Airport and the Airbus factories, as well as the new Parc des Expositions in Toulouse.
